Privacy
vtrends has no accounts. Each video order is reached through a private link that only your browser knows. This page explains what we keep and who else sees it.
What you give us
- Photos. A face photo, and optionally an outfit and a location photo.
- The clip. One of the trend examples, or a public Instagram or TikTok link you paste.
- Payment details. Entered on Stripe’s checkout page, never on vtrends. We receive the payment status and Stripe reference IDs, not your card number. Stripe may ask for your email address for the receipt.
- Technical data. Your IP address is hashed to apply the daily free-preview limit. A Cloudflare Turnstile check confirms you are not a bot.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores orders, photos and finished videos.
- fal.ai runs the AI models that make your preview stills and the finished video. Your photos and the clip are sent to fal and to the model providers it uses for that one job.
- Apify fetches the public video when you paste an Instagram or TikTok link.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google Analytics counts page visits and which pages people use, with a cookie. It does not receive your photos or videos.
- Post for Me connects your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook account when you choose to post from vtrends, and uploads your finished video there. You can disconnect an account from the order page at any time.
We do not sell your data, run advertising pixels or use your photos to train models.
How long we keep it
Your photos, preview stills and finished video stay available through your private order link so you can download again. To have an order and its files deleted, email us from the Contact page with the order link. Copies held by fal, Apify or Stripe follow their own retention policies.
Other people’s faces
Only upload your own face, or the face of someone who has agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children.
